Cute, great for mild winter, or layering. I bought the Northernlites Hybrid because the inner sleeves are woven rather than fleecy, so it's easy to slide your arms in over a fleece top. Very comfortable and the high collar and hood keep you warm. Roomy enough for a sweater underneath. Only drawback is that in rain the sleeves get wetter than the body of the jacket, or it would be 5 stars. I also like that the zipper has a liner so it doesn't rub against your chest or chin. Washes well, and I'd buy it again.
