Awesome natural running shoe! This shoe is extremely light weight and breathable. I love the way it is flat as opposed to having an incline. It provides a more natural way of running while still having a good cushion that is not to thin. The sole is a very quick reacting one, therefor it is great for fast runs(tempo, fartlek) or shorter jogs(10km or less) but a little to stiff for the longer jogs(20km). The top mesh is very breathable. The toe box provides room for the toes to naturally spread as you land and at the end of your stride. I should also mention this shoe is much better suited for a forefoot strike rather than heel to toe. I've tried most of Merrell's running shoes and this is definitely the best one they make in my opinion.

Bare Access Ultra Wow this is one great shoe! Very light but seems rugged where it counts. I had the idea that it would make a great tai-chi shoe. It would make a nice house shoe also but it would need to be more slip-on than tie -up. Le best a vous.

Another great Merrell This shoe is exactly what it should be. I've used it mainly on the roads and for mixed road and trail runs. The tread is obviously not designed for very loose or muddy terrain and that's fine because the shallow tread keeps the shoe nice and light. I find it feels quicker and lighter than other cushioned zero drop shoes. A good choice when the feet need a break or to alternate with more minimal shoes during really high volume training blocks. The foam is nice and firm, not squishy like some cushioned minimal shoes.
