Shipping methods and rates
Canada Post: Expedited parcel™
$5.00 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item
All orders require a processing and packing time (typically 24-48 hours) plus shipment transit time.
Standard orders should arrive within 7-10 business days, with the exception of statutory holidays which might take longer and should therefore be taken under consideration
Please note that orders placed between 10 a.m Friday and 7 a.m. Monday (Eastern Time) will not be processed until Monday morning.

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Unfortunately, we
do not accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders.

Do you want to place an order, but would rather not buy online? Browse
MERRELL.COM/CA, select the products you’d like to purchase and call our Customer Service department to place your order.
The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you can track your order online.

Tracking your order
After you’ve place your order, we will send you an email with your order confirmation number. You can then use your order confirmation number to track the status of your order by going to
MERRELL.COM/CA and clicking on Track Your Order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with a Canada Post tracking number. You may either click on the link in your email or go directly to the Canada Post website to track your shipment, If parts of your order are shipped at different times, you will be notified of each shipment and its separate tracking number.
Cancelling or changing your order
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed, it immediately goes into a queue for processing, after which time it may not be cancelled or changed.
Please verify your order before placing it as you may be charged repacking and restocking fees up to $7.00 per item if you request a return.
Easy returns for unworn merchandise
We will gladly accept returns of
UNWORN merchandise
within 30 days of the date of purchase. There are no refunds for unworn merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
All returns will be at consumer's expense and non-refundable.
If unworn merchandise is found to be
manufacturing defective, customer service will assume full responsibility and provide a credit for the merchandise and the shipping costs.
All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
MERRELL.COM/CA reserves the right to charge repacking and restocking fees up to $7.00 per item returned.
All returns will be at consumers expense, non refundable.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. A refund should appear on your credit card statement shortly thereafter.

Easy returns for worn merchandise
MERRELL.COM/CA stands behind the quality and workmanship of the materials used in our products.
If you suspect a defect on merchandise that has been worn, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Please contact our Consumer - Customer Service department
to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Excessively worn or damaged merchandise will not qualify for credit.
Warranty periods for defective workmanship and/or materials:
Shoes and boots carry a 1-year warranty
Sandals carry a 3-month warranty
Apparel products and bags carry a limited lifetime warranty
Socks carry a 3-year warranty
