I can honestly say these are the most unique pair of shoes i've ever owned.I have a VERY wide foot and these fit good. The sole is very flexible and feels as close to barefoot as i have ever felt in a shoe. I love these! The only complaint i have is that there aren't more shoes like this one in Merrell's line. I was looking for something more weather proof and casual, but there is nothing avalible. I tried on the Radius and Reach Gloves on but they are way too narrow. Too bad. Also some kind of winter boot with a similar sole would be great. Where I live the temperature often goes down to -30 degrees Celsius. Right now i wear the Trail Glove inside Neo's overshoes which is actually pretty warm, fairly thin soled, and no heel, but they are not very fashionable! In conventional runners i always wore a 13, but a 12 fits in Merrell barefoot shoes. Bottom line, these are fantastic, now if there was only more like them!
