This is my third pair of Jungle Mocs and I feel they are the most comfortable shoes on the market. Like others, this pair of shoes has an annoying squeak caused by the insoles. I emailed Merrell with my concern and Christina,a customer service rep advised me a replacement pair of insoles was being mailed the same day. Quality, comfort and service is excellent.
