I saw a lady wearing a pair of these at a gas station and I could NOT take my eyes off them, I finally had to ask her where she got them and I rushed out and bought a pair the very next day. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I have. I get several people complimenting me on the style of shoe and they go great with pretty much everything. I now own several styles of Merrell shoes and just love them. Even turned my sister and a friend onto them. I have also purchased a couple shirts (drywear style) and LOVE them as well. Merrell has me sold on their products and I hit up a Outlet in the States everytime I see one.

I purchased Siren Ginger in the Brindle color last year. The shoes are cute in a funky way. They sort of look like sporty Mary Janes. The Brindle color is a grayish taupe color. Nuetral with a little kick brought to it with the rust/orange details. They are comfortable and look cute with capris or pants, and give a little bit of toe protection for those days when you want the freedom of a sandal but need a little more shoe. The sole is more supportive than most sandals.

i love merrell since i was in taiwan

I did a lot of research to find the right shoes for my vacation to St. John and thought I had found the perfect one. I got them severel weeks in advance scared they'd be too small but the size was perfect. Wore them around the house for several evenings to get prepped for a week on a tropical island. They were great going thru airport security with the removeable heel straps and the color works great with many outfits. But they started to show wear very fast after just 3 days when I had expected to at least get a summer's worth of use out of them. Not the Merrell quality I've known in the past.

I had been looking all over for a decent sandal to wear during light hiking at campgrounds, etc. Last weekend, I thought I'd finally found the perfect pair. These were in the hiking/sporting section of footwear for ladies at my local SportChek. I purchased these and took them camping. I wore them for the entire drive out and found them extremely comfortable and especially, breathable. Unfortunately, the first time out hiking down a path, at the very first incline, the problems started. The velcro around the heel on first my right foot, then my left foot, started tearing open, at pretty much every second step. I had to give up on them altogether. I would have expected this had the hill been on the side of a mountain or something, but this was a small hill around a local lake. My flip flops would have been of more use. Of course, having discarded my receipt, I am now stuck with a pair of hiking sandals that I'm pretty much restricted to using at work in my office only.
