I work in a national park and am on my feet all day. I need shoes which are hardwearing, comfortable and can cope with all different terrains. These certainly fit the bill - they feel great all day long and look good too. I get lots of complements! Love them.

I left a review of the one pair of Merrells I bought that weren't of the same standard. I was called by a customer representative shortly after, and they arranged to have a look at the shoes. They replaced them with the Siren Sport Gortex shoes, I've been wearing these for the last 2 weeks, and they are fantastic. A little 'stiffer' than my other merrells, but I think thats the lining, which makes the shoes waterproof - perfect for my trip to Egypt & Jordan next month. Thanks very much for the great follow up and service!
Merrell's Reply: In most case we have found that due to the Gor-Tex lining these shoes are a little bit smaller than non-Gor-Tex styles. We always recommend going up 1/2 a size to a full size in GTX shoes which will usually sort out any issues with toes rubbing. Thank you for your review Miss B. I recently went on a 26km overnight hike and wore these shoes for the first time without having worn them before. They were SO comfortable, and gave me all the support I needed with my 15kg pack. All of my friends wore Merrell on the trip and loved them!
